Supervision roles, group movement and free time expectations are agreed with the partner institution before travel.
Confirmed arrangements are shared before departure, including room basis and the transport included in the programme.
Participants must disclose relevant needs and carry medication, prescriptions and insurance documents as advised.
Group leaders maintain programme contacts and an escalation route appropriate to the destination and cohort.
Students receive guidance on laws, customs, respectful behaviour, attendance and staying with the group.
Shared responsibility
No travel programme can remove all risk. Final arrangements, emergency procedures and insurance requirements must be reviewed for each cohort and destination before payment or departure.
