Frequently asked questions
Answers before you take the next step
Programme details vary by cohort, but these answers explain how our educational journeys are generally planned.
For students and families
Joining a journey
Who can join?
Eligibility depends on the programme and institution. Journeys may be designed for school students, undergraduate or postgraduate students, executive learners or a private institutional cohort. Age, academic and consent requirements are confirmed for each group.
Can an individual student register?
You may register interest, but many journeys operate as institution led groups. We will confirm whether an open cohort exists or whether your school or university needs to organise the group.
What does the price include?
Inclusions vary. A proposal may include accommodation, local transport, selected meals, learning sessions, visits, attraction entry and airport transfers. Flights, visas, insurance and personal spending may be separate. Always rely on the written proposal.
Will I receive academic credit?
Academic credit can only be awarded by the relevant university or education institution. Participation in a journey does not automatically carry credit. Any credit arrangement must be confirmed in writing by your institution.
Will I receive a certificate?
A participation or completion certificate may be provided when included in the confirmed programme. It is not a degree, professional licence or guarantee of academic credit.
Are internships or jobs guaranteed?
No. A journey may include career exposure, company visits or project work where confirmed, but it does not guarantee an internship, admission, employment or immigration outcome.
What if I have dietary, medical or accessibility needs?
Tell the organiser as early as possible. We will discuss what can reasonably be supported, but availability depends on the destination, venues and service providers. Medical advice must come from a qualified professional.
What happens if the itinerary changes?
Visits can change because of permissions, operating hours, weather, transport or local conditions. Suitable alternatives may be arranged while preserving the learning purpose where reasonably possible.
For institutions
Designing a partnership
How far in advance should we begin?
Earlier is better, particularly for international travel. Lead time depends on group size, visas, approvals, destination and the complexity of visits. Contact us with preferred dates so feasibility can be assessed.
Can the programme be customised?
Yes. The destination, academic theme, duration, pace, learning tasks and visit types can be adapted, subject to budget, permissions and availability.
What cohort size can you support?
There is no single fixed size. We assess transport, accommodation, supervision, learning format and venue limits before confirming the group.
Can we sign a memorandum of understanding?
A broader institutional framework may be considered after discussion and due diligence. An agreement should clearly define scope, responsibilities, branding, finances, student communication and legal terms.
Who owns risk approval and student selection?
The partner institution normally retains responsibility for its internal approvals, student selection, academic credit, consent and institutional policies. Responsibilities are clarified before confirmation.
Can you guarantee company or university visits?
No visit should be treated as confirmed until the host has approved it. Proposals distinguish planned or illustrative visits from confirmed appointments.
How is a proposal priced?
Pricing depends on dates, group size, room basis, transport, meals, entries, academic inputs and included support. We issue a written proposal rather than relying on a generic web price.
